Cereal I tried your secondary code and it still says that it cannot cd to /cache/dalvik-cache
Do I need to mount my system before hand or something?

Schmoo dumb question but after you type su in Terminal Emulator do you get the # symbol?

A little more info just in case. Right now I'm running sapphire 1.1.0 with jdlfg's 1233 kernel. Dont know if they have it stored in a different location or not.

hmmmm...well the obvious problem is that the dalvik-cache is not where you are cd'ing to. So you will need to find it.

Use your favorite File Explorer and navigate to the folder that is holding dalvik cache and delete from there or use the command to cd to it.
