Battery life stuck at 50%

Question; My battery is stuck at 50% it wont go any higher when being charged and will not drop from messing with it. Anybody experiencing this problem? Josh@Verizon told me he will try a hard reset and if that doesnt work he will get me a NEW phone

1. Pull battery and see if that fixes it.
2. Factory Reset (go to Privacy and make sure "Backup and Restore" are checked first and if your launcher has a backup/restore, do a backup first).

going to do it friday. I need someone to help with it (I'm deaf..so I cant call the number at reset). Ive tried the battery pull and that didnt work
