Has anyone noticed a much bigger drain on the ZenWatch battery since the ZenWatch Manager update? I would routinely get a day and a half of battery life. I could get home from work, and still be at 60%. Since the Manager updated, though, my watch battery seems to draining a lot faster. For instance, yesterday, it had drained completely and shut itself down by 3:00 PM. Today, I took it off the charger at 7:15 AM, and now, a little over 3 hours later, it's down to 46%.

Anyone have any suggestions?

What does the battery usage screen look like for the watch?

Have you restarted it lately? Sometimes that's all you need, a fresh start.

Open the Android Wear app on your phone, click the Gear icon in the upper right, tap the name of your device under the "Device Settings" heading, Tap Watch Battery.

I'm assuming it's not showing much, because I haven't done anything today. Nothing showing why it would suddenly start draining more.

Hmm...Yeah. It certainly leaves plenty to be desired as far as info.

Might be worth doing an actual reset and re-pairing the watch to your phone. Doesn't take near as long as doing a factory reset on a phone.

Really strange. Battery life when I started the reset was 29%. Just finished syncing, and now it's at 43%

SUNOFA.....

Now it's down to 7% and the time is 4 hours ahead after the reset. This is just getting weird.

Did you get it all paired back up with the phone after the reset? If it's still syncing to the phone, that could explain the battery issue. I'm sure that resetting it causes it to burn some battery, so that would explain 7%...well...kinda. Shouldn't burn THAT much.

It didn't finish syncing before it drained completely. Might explain why the time was 4 hours off as well. When I get home from work, I'll put it on the charger and try again. Loved this watch until the latest ZenWatch Manager update. I've emailed Asus as well, to see if they have any suggestions.
