Banner App?

I remember on my old phone I used to have a Banner on the top of my cell phone where I would put catch phrases and whatnot. As far as Im aware there is nothing like that on the Droid. Is there an app, by any chance, that will let me put a banner on any of my pages? Even better if I can change what side its on, but I dont think there is one.
