Login to all typical social accounts fine but when I attempt to log into my mobile bank account, credit card account the password always fails. I've tried both swype and default keyboards. What if anything is causing this inability to log on to financial institutions' mobile site? Is it the app, the DX keyboard or is it something more sinistra?

Frustration level at critical :blackdroid::blackdroid:

DX delivered July 17 after several threats

Since I know the DX can log into secure places, I have to wonder if your issue is not due to extra bank security. For instance, the site for my credit card remembers my computer, and I must authorize any new machine through a process. Another question I have is if your using the browser or an application. If an application, which one?

Indeed, the "secure" sites are giving me trouble logging on. I'm using wells fargo app with no result. And the other is citibanks mobile web site...both don't work, and neither one is asking me to authorize any hardware...they only state to use my online web credentials. Is a hard reset my only option here? TIA

try going to your accounts from a normal computer, and enrolling in their mobile service. I know I had to sign up for Wells Fargo.

Try that first. If still no dice, try to use Dolphin Browser HD or skyfire and set it to Desktop mode. See if that lets you in.

Make sure you are using https not http. That shouldn't be a problem but you never know. On my d1 secure sites are no problem.

Yep, double checked full web site w/puter and it does reveal I am authorized for mobile use. Will try again later on wifi.

Yep, the full web site does work but it's the mobile and its app that doesn't. Is this what you mean by using the https not http?

I think I would call the bank and talk to their internet department about it. Let them know for some reason your device is having issues.
