Bad update

I just updated my RAZR and now it will work for a few minutes and then restart on its on. And, I can't use my stock text message or my handcent text messaging app.

You might have to do a factory data reset to correct any issues you might have with the update. You can do one of those by going to Settings>Privacy>Factory Data Reset.

That will wipe everything you have on the phone and you will have to start over, but the Play Store makes it easy to get all your APPS back.

If you call VZW they will tell you to do what Sydman says. If that still doesn't work, they will most likely send a replacement.
