Bad gb install

I own two dx. One I have had gbrooted on and updated to.595 stock just fine. The other was on .340stock , I rooted it fine, bootstrapped it fine, wiped cache and data and installed the same. 595 stock but it didn't take...was I supposed to simply flash without wipes? I will s b f in the morning back to. 340, anyone know what happened so I can get it straight w/o having to flash gbroot first like the other phone

Disregard, left usb debug on after z4 install. Double gingerbreaded now
