Bad file???

Trying to sbf. Have the file and rsd lite....followed the procedure to flash and it appears as if the process will work....finishes at 100% and pauses for about 30 seconds and says failed flashing process.....tried this with rsd4.7 and rsd4.9....gives me error code: critical error. BE 0047......any ideas...was told maybe a bad sbf file but I can't find another one
