Backup/restore app data when switching phones?

    I'm coming from a Motorola Droid, and I was wondering if there was a way to back up data for certain apps and restore it to the unrooted TB, since Titanium requires root, and I don't really want to go through the rooting process right now. It's a little too advanced for me. The only ways I've ever done this are through TiBu or various custom ROM utilities.

    read: I don't want to lose my progress in Angry Birds. heh.
