So I rooted my phone and all worked fine with that. I followed directions on how to nandroid backup my phone and that wont work for me. I run through all the steps and when I reboot in recovery mode i get the small green guy and the big exclamation point. then on the bottom I get an error E:cannot open /cache/recovery/command. On top I get the options to reboot, apply sdcard update.zip, wipe data, and wipe cache. Please help as I would like to backup and then install 2.2 froyo..... Thank you

    Running Backup

    I followed these steps below.

    Step 1
Download DroidRootHelper and Terminal Emulator (Jack Pelvich) Both can be found FREE in the market.

    Step 2
Open DroidRootHelper, Click menu and download the TOOLS - Click on GET THE TOOLS

    Step 3
After downloadin the TOOLS from DroidRootHelper, you must extract them (becuase its a zip file) to the root of the sd card. Keep the folder named TOOLS.

    Step 4
    Mount Mtdblock4
    Install chmod Busybox
    Install chmod flash_image
    Flash Recovery 99.1b
    Rename Recovery
    Unmount System mtdblock 4
    Sync
    Reboot Recovery

Like I said. When I get into recovery mode it showed me the little green guy with the exclamation point.
