Backup (beep, beep, beep...)

I have an OG Droid. My contacts are screwed up (somehow I duplicated them from the sd card) and the phone is super slow. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

I would like to copy my contacts (and some vids/pics) to my computer for editing purposes, reset the phone, and load the contacts back on. Any tips please?
