Backing Up Data and Apps on Incredible 2

Can anyone suggest the best way to back-up my data and apps as well as the best app to use?

Not sure from a non-root perspective, but if you use the temp root trick, Titanium Backup is the only way to go, as far as I'm concerned.

Thanks, my phone is not rooted. i don't really understand it and also worry about the insurance/warranty issues if there is a problem. I use Keeper and Super notes and don't want to lose that info if my phone freaks out.

If the data is stored on the SD card, it may be as simple as backing that up. I can't say for certain as I use neither of those programs, and it may not be as simple as that.
