I love SwiftKey, but I hate when it gets used in forms on websites or on the google search (or searches in general). Is there anyway to have my keyboard change depending on the app?

I've never heard of one, but if you long press on a text field you will get a pop up to change input method. From there you can chose what keyboard you want.
