Automatic backup fail?

I started getting these exclamation notifications, everyday for past couple days, in the notification bar stating "automatic backup failed! ". Anyone know why I'm getting these all of a sudden? And how to fix or stop? Thanks!

It's more than likely Verizon backup assist. It's setup to sync every day by default.

I stopped mine by unchecking everything it could sync in the Verizon backup
