Is there a way to access a list with autocorrect rules (and in doing so edit and add them)? I could've sworn I somehow accessed it before but now I cannot for the life of me find it again.

    Settings>Language & Keyboard>Device keyboard or user dictionary
    Hope that's what you need.

No.. the list looked similar to the user dictionary however the items looked like "shell -=> she'll"

Found it! It was in Handcent's settings under autocorrect options. It would be nice to be able to access this natively..
