auto off and on

My blackberry curve had a setting where you could program when The phone would turn off and when it would turn back on. It was a great feature. I fall asleep on The couch and at 10pm it would go off and at 7 it would come back on. Now if I forget to turn off the Droid I listen to notifications all night.

So. ... any suggestion ?
