so there's a few apps that I'd like to purchase, but have been unable to do so. at first I thought it might be my phone, or perhaps something to do with my Visa check card. then I found this link;

it's a real shame for the developers that this is happening and so commonly. the first app that I tried to purchase was Vignette and called my credit card company when it wouldn't go through and they explained that I'm not set up for international orders. okay, so I figured I'd give Pro Zoom a try, an app by a developer in the US. same problem!

When it says authorizing purchase and seems to hang, the only thing that seems to work is to log in to Google Talk. Strange, but it works.
