Hi, I just purchased the Droid Rzr. The audio command will not work for email and text messages. For instance, if I say, "Send a text to Mary: How are you?" nothing appears in the "to" box, and what appears in the text box is as follows: "to Mary how are you?" The same goes with email. If anyone knows how to remedy the problem that would be great. I spoke to a Verizon guy in the store today, and he didn't know how to fix it. We changed my contacts from "back up" to "google" and it made no difference. I like the phone but I'm feeling overwhelmed by tech issues. I've posted two other issues I'm having as well.
