Before the big Samsung event kicks off in about ten minutes, here's a quick IFA update from Asus. They just announced a couple of new products. The first is their new MeMo Pad 7 which will now have a full-HD display.
Here's the full spec list: Intel Atom CPU, a 64-bit quad-core Z3560 clocked at 1.83 GHz, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal memory, microSD slot that can accommodate 64 GB cards, 5 MP camera at the back, 2 MP shooter at the front and 16 GB free cloud storage.

It will be available for €199 (about $260), and will be offered in red, gold and black color variations.

The other device they shared is the Zenwatch Android Wear smartwatch. You can check out the video above for a teaser. Not too many details were revealed regarding this device, but it will sell for 199 Euros. There's no word if Asus plans to bring it to the US.

Wow I am very impressed. This is the best looking rectangular smart watch I've seen so far. I still prefer the Moto 360, but ASUS has done a nice job here!
