I have an Verizon HTC Incredible. Six weeks ago, I broke the screen. Asurion replaced it with another Incredible. The phone looked pristine, but it has several issues, hangs up on boot, plus a few more. They told me it has a one year warranty, so I want to ask them to replace it. I'm wondering if anyone has any very recent experience with getting a replacement from Asurion for an Incredible, and if so, what they received? I'm hoping they might be out of Incredibles and they might give me a Droid X, or perhaps an Incredible 2. Anyone? ... Thanks in advance.
