artifacting in dark videos

Has anyone found a fix to this problem yet? Just wondering.

This was taken streaming Netflix. It is NOT the video resolution. Notice the choppy pixelated boxes around the stars.

I have noticed the same issue - and started a thread in the -help section, with a couple of responses..but no solution yet.
