Ever thought about creating a transportable Android desk phone? re-bodied and using the handsfree setting you could put it in a bigger custom case, and overclock by adding bigger heat sinks for better cooling. Of course it would need to be plugged into the power supply to overcome the battery problem. Mad I know but heh.

Not going to help any... It's a nice thought though.
Most CPU's in the phone Mainboard are covered by an aluminum cover as well that you woul have to de-solder to get off before getting access to the CPU itself.
The main issue here with CPU cooling really isnt the interface with it and the cooling solution, it is space for heat to escape. Mobile phones are passively cooled, there are no fans, etc. But mountaineer covered that already.
