According to industry sources, Archos, the company famous for bringing a host of affordable Android tablets to market is planning to "doubling-down." Supposedly, they plan to unveil a dozen new Android devvices at the IFA electronics event in Germany on next month. The source indicated Archos will bring out five new Android tablets and seven Android smartphones.
It appears that Archos is taking a "Shotgun" approach to garner attention away from the big companies at the event this year.
