Anyone? Where do the apps install to even on SD? It is just really weird that I can download anything but if I enable apps2sd it says installation was unsuccessful for every app.

I believe all apps are supposed to be stored in .android_secure when froyo does it. However, that folder's empty on my card even though I have a few apps installed on the card.

As for your unsuccessful installations, are those for updates or fresh installs?

I haven't had any issues installing new apps after running the a2sd script but some of the apps don't like being on the card...

Anyone know if a factory wipe / reset from recovery 2-3 times might do more than the rom manager wipe? Then a reinstall of Chevy after rebooting?

The only way to delete your Rom Manager backups is to do it yourself.

I have been thinking what if I copy my whole sd card then reformat it? Maybe something is screwed up on the sd and is preventing the apps2sd from working.

Would reformatting the sd hurt anything with being rooted and running a rom from chevy?

Sometimes there are apps that can not be put on the sd card. You can force them with Titan Manager but that would harm your phone. Your best bet is to just sit and wait until the app can be moved.

As long as you don't put apps that are also "widgets" on the sd card you will be just fine. I have all my apps on the SD card except those that are widgets and have zero issue to this point

After reformat the apps would at least download but they tend to not like working if placed on the SD. Widget apps are not on sd at all.
