I've tried several iterations of that name and nothing related to Android apps comes up. Spelling?

It's the same thing. Don't pick at semantics.

It's just a third party market. There are more choices in the Google Play Store. Plus your downloads and purchases are linked to your account.

How many 3rd party Play Store websites are there? I know of 3: androlib, appbrain & now appfires. Personally I like androlib.

Yes it has started showing up on my phone too. (as a notifcation)
Trying to figure out how to remove it.

Especially since it looks like if you accept it you will be charged $9.99 / mo.

If anyone figures out how to remove please post back here.
