application or widget to silence everything but ring tones and text messaging.

Pretty much what I am looking for is the widget or application that will block audio notifications for everything but the ringtone and text messages. This would be very helpful at night while asleep. Mainly I am looking to use this so that I might get a emergency phone call or text message. But ignore other notification such as email or other programs.

I don't use these, but a quick search found "Night Ringer" and "Good Night!" might be what your looking for..
