I think we are all about to witness the beginning of the end of the Apple era, and the beginning of nothing more than a piece of legacy as it will be all that's left before long.

    Go Google.

Apple sold nearly 2 million iphone 4's in the first 3 days, there not going anywhere anytime soon....even with these issues. Just like this forum has a huge share of Android fanboys, Apple has an enormous group of fanboys who will support them no matter what.

On a side note, take this for what you will, I use an Incredible for work and iphone 4 for personal....I have had NO issues with anything on mine at all.

    winners + losers does not = a winner. you need a winner(android phones) + winner(verizon) to = a winner

The Incredible has a software issue that shows less bars, mistake right? Sure.
The iPhone 4 has a "software issue" that shows MORE bars, mistake right? Nope.
Apple tried to deny their dirty deeds but instead got caught red handed, I'm loving it!!!

Wrong. Apple is headed know where. I sit jaw dropped as i read these articles about the issues with the eyePhone signals, apples ****ting on developers, releasing a big eyePhone (eyePad), giving people features that have been out for years only last year and they act as if god himself gave it to them.

I dont understand society and these fanatics. I did have an eyePhone but that's because it was the best thing out...not the case anymore so common sense kicked in and switched. And if winmo 7 is better than android...im switching again.

They keep buying and buying and buying!!!

Apple is not going to go anywhere. Apple makes good products that appeals to many people. Is it wrong how they may be handling things. But at this point what can they do? They will not issue a recall they are too invested now!

If any company was in this situation they would downplay it as well. Now personally I would not buy an iPhone. Certainly not with a iphone that has reception issues. I think people should return the phone if they have issues. If not keep it.
Apple may have a stain on their record if reports are still bad afterwards the update. And most likely they will. But people will still buy. I'm just glad I've got my Droid. It does all I want it to. I can hold it anyway I like. I have a good choice on many other android devices so I choose to tire of my current Droid! Its on a great network! And I've many choices of who my carrier is with Android! People will soon see! This IS the year of the Droid!

My one year contract will end in November and I was thinking that my next phone will be a WinMo 7 when it's gonna be released , test it for 30 days , and if I don't like it get an Android , I've used a WinMo 6.5 before and besides the slowness of the system , the OS in not bad at all . But after seeing Microsoft's plans with WinMo 7 , I doubt it'll be a good OS . They disallow partners to modify the UI , they enforced restrictions to prevent applications sideloading if they are not from Marketplace
, so you won't be able to install applications how you did in the previous versions , they blocked all forms of PORN and nipples :icon_cussing: , and the most important part , I think this is the end of windows phones , they blocked multitasking for 3rd party applications . What were they thinking ? WinMo is the platform that created and defined mobile multitasking , and it was famous for this , one of the few things left for which people still bought WinMo devices . R.I.P. WinMo , you became worse than Apple .

    1) They keep their product with a company that provides shotty service even in large populated areas 2) They downplay any problem and/or play the blame game so they don't look bad in the eyes of the public.

Yeah i dont think winmo will do much but i will switch if they are better. As for network. I had a few issues with my eyePhone but never with any other device on Att. I think the partnership between att and apple is ruining there rep. I was on verizon and then switch to att because they were cheaper and had great service but now they have lost that.

How is Apple 'blaming' AT&T when they already confirmed it was their fault and they cant handle the iPhone? Apple needs to sit down and be quiet but it doesnt matter what they do or how much the iPhone sucks. People will buy it and be fanatical about it just because its Apple.
