App to navigate through phone on laptop?

Is there an app or program where I can play around on my phone using a pc or laptop? For example, if I want to play one of my games or something like that but don't want to use the small screen on my phone. Thanks!

yes, You have to install the sdk on your pc.... i cant remember the name of the program though. lol, i will post back if i suddenly remember.

Isn't it Android SDK?

I don't know if it will let you play games from your phone on your computer, I think it is just for development
