App that plots photos on your GPS tracked map

I was wondering if an app existed that tracked your gps signal and the photos that you took during that time.

For example, if I go for a hike around a lake and take a bunch of photos. At the end of the day, I'd like to come home and e-mail my friends a map with my gps data. They then can look up the map and click on the photos corresponding to the place that I shot them.

Well the droid can be set to include geolocation data with any shot. Then Picasa (which plays nice with all the google stuff) can use that data to map them out.
