I want to create my own app for my Droid. Can someone please tell me how to do that. Or if someone wants to create it for me, I'm happy to do so. To be honest, I'm not sure how to do it since it involves a login screen.

Thank you! Do you have a link to that thread? I can't seem to find it.

Oh, and I saw that you had to download the SDK files for it, but when I try installing it, I get an error message that says this:

Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/repository.xml, reason: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path validation failed: java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: timestamp check failed

    How do I fix this?

I'm the lead developer at Android Infinity Software and would be happy to help out what exactly do you have in mind?

Well, when it comes to YouTube, you can only watch videos and look at people's uploaded/favorited videos, even if they go to the mobile youtube site. I was thinking I could create an app that would allow people to look at and access their YouTube messaging.

Does this sound like a reasonable request, or am I asking too much and it can't be done?

That sounds like a pretty reasonable request to me. I haven't done too much youtube development except for embedding youtube videos in apps. You're probably going to want to take a look at the Youtube api's once you get a feel for android app development basics.

I've been working on my apps almost 8 months and they still arent ready, so you have a LONG time to go.
The easiest way I can think of is App Inventor

    Good luck
