If I pay for an app then unistall it will I have to pay for it again if I wont it back.

if you uninsulated it within 24 hours of purchase you get refunded if not you can reinstall it anytime i believe its probably based on your gmail account. hope this helps

It's actually only 15 minutes for a refund. But no, you won't have to pay again :)

Some refunds vary. I've had a couple that offer the 24 hour refund. Just check in the description of that particular App on the Android Market. But, yeah, most paid Apps are 15 minute refund time limit.

If you uninstall within the time limit, refund. If the time limit is gone, no refund and no need to pay for it again.

It stays with your gmail you have set as your primary gmail. In fact....if you take that gmail to a new droid...all your previously paid for apps go with it. You can even use multiple devices with the same gmail (husband/wife/kids) and all devices using that gmail will get the purchased apps
