App icon changes

I have had my Bionic for 2 months & every time I have to power it down & turn it back on some of my app icons that I have on my home screen loose the picture. The app is still there, it just has a generic icon. Has anyone else had this happen? If so is there a fix for it?

check and see if those apps are installed to the media area (System Settings>Manage Apps>Media Area). the icons won't show up b/c the launcher is being loaded before the sd card, so if it is looking for an app that is loaded on the sd card it won't show up right away. Its the same reason you don't want to install widgets to the sd card.
