App for finding local items with navigation

Can anyone recommend and app that will find restaurants and businesses and such that also gives navigation once I find where I want to go?

Google maps. Open the app, top right you'll find a tear drop shaped button. Click that.

Yelp will. For navigation it can hand off to Google Maps Nav.
