If the hack works for your phone, yes. Of course, it comes off your Skype credit instead.
That's Skype Mobile. We're talking about the Skype app that was released yesterday. The version that's pre-installed is more like Skype-Light but the one released yesterday is the full Skype app.(without video calls) It works only on WI-FI. The pre-installed version is just the opposite, only on 3G. So just install this one and you're good to go.
what happened to the NFL app?
It will be redone so it does not get taken down here (again).
In regards to SKYPE you're saying remove the original app first. So I'm going to assume this means the phone must be rooted to use this. Is this correct? I'm running stock and my only option is to uninstall updates, not the app itself.
i hope i didn't miss any notes on this -- but did verizon catch the nfl app and close it down? mine stopped working.
xeudoxus, I don't mean to derail your thread but would you be able to look into doing the AT&T radio app?
Great blackboard app, thanks!
oh......i see ...thank your for the input ill have an eye out for it!:icon_ banana:
Where is APK for Skype unlocked for 3G?
When I follow the download link I get a .zip file (even though the description says APK).
Where can I find the APK?
Sorry if this is a n00b question, I'm a long time smartphone tweaker, but very new to Android.
if im not mistaking you need to unzip it the apk will be inside along with a readme file i think im not for sure but it wont hurt to just take a look inside
which file did you download
Thanks much for both the Skype and Blackboard apps. It took me a few minutes to realize all I needed to do was rename the .zip to .apk. Yeah, I can be stupid.
