I have just started getting an error that says "zipalign is not an internal or external command".. Anybody else run into this? What was the fix? Thanks?

    2 possible problems...

1 check the others folder and make sure it has zipalign...if not grab it from android sdk and put it in there...
2 make sure your path variable points to the others folder

2 things that I can think of...unless you have decompiled / compiled the apk, then it will not zip align apks in the place here to mod folder. If you haven't messed with the apk and just want to zip align, I was told that you need to put it in the batch optimize folder. Haven't tested that theory yet as I had that issue yesterday and found this: [DEVS] Optimize all APKs automatically, Reduce memory footprint! [Now with Zipalign] - xda-developers and it worked for me and was really easy. Hope that helps.
