Apex customization?

Unlike just about everyone else, I absolutely love Blur, and I originally thought that this ROM's lack of it would be a dealbreaker for me. Surprisingly however, I'm actually quite fond of this ROM, but I would like to do some tinkering with it. The Terminal Emulator scripts I saw at the beginning of the thread with the Apex ROM zip file were apparently for restoring Blur apps; this app is fine without Blur; I'm just interested in non-Blur related customization. How do I do that?

How are you trying to customize it?

Stuff like system fonts, over and underclocking, the option to undo data throttling, basically all the stuff from The Apex toolbox for the Froyo version.
