The full release post can be viewed here

OP here will only be used for device specific things from now on

Whats not working:
  • MMS (receives but does not send) - install Go SMS.
  • Normal ICS on motorola broken things (hardware acceleration/Panorama)
Device Specific things:
  • Changeable multitouch (disabled by default) - Jonman409
    • open terminal emulator and type "multitouch" for directions on re-enabling or changing number of points
  • Kernel schedulers
    • Defaults to Noop
    • Can be changed between cfg, noop, and sio. To change open /system/etc/init.d/12scheduler and change SCHED="noop" to your desired scheduler.
    • Added a script to allow changing io schedulers on the fly. To use, open terminal emulator type su then scheduler followed by desired scheduler. Only accepts noop, sio, and cfq. Will stick through reboots.
Credit / Thanks:In addition to the ones mentioned in the release thread
  • Bikedude880 for his work on D2G, would not have gotten this done without it.
  • Jonman408 for his help with CM9 and finding fixes
Install:
  • Download the ROM
  • Download Gapps
  • Reboot into CWM
  • wipe data in CWM
  • install ROM
  • install gapps
  • reboot
Files
Updates / Fixes:
  • Kindle workaround: here

Seems like camcorder an panorama are problematic for all ICS roms? Including cm9. When it gets fixed for one from will it be fixed for all?

And I'm guessing moms is working for this rom?

Yeah that's how it been going with the camera fixes, you just have to check the threads to find out when things get fixed. Mms is working.

I have no idea if it works with GSM or not. I know it swaps to it from cdma but thats as far as I can test.

Battery life is not great but i didn't run cm9 long enough to compare it to this. Im a heavy user so im lucky to get 7hrs before i have to charge it again but the the rom runs great and is very stable. I can overlook the not so great battery life to be able to run ics and with future updates it should only get better.
