AOKP-Kanged? v2.5 DX -2/19/13 not Working on my DX

I can not get this rom to run on my DX. I followed the instructions and it stays at the M logo even after the blinking Blue LEDs. I can get to the boot menu but it does nothing. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Also I can not access the CWM Recovery. I tried using keys and get Android Recovery and Boot Menu version reboots and hangs on M.
