Is there anyway you can hide a picture on a droid?
[Don't have mine yet, so I want to know for future reference]

Is there a way to save a file or move one to a place thats hidden from the other pictures, and can make it password protected, and possible hidden unless you knwo where to go?

Not sure if someone told your or not but just download ASTRO file manager. Create a folder and put a . in front of the name ex: .porn any picture or video in that folder will not show up when you look at your pictures.

Privacy

Some of us who are interested in privacy are legal adults who don't live at home with our overbearing mothers.

Perhaps we prefer our privacy so that if say for instance, we want to show off pictures of our new home to friends and coworkers we don't at the same time accidentally show off our intimate moments, or whatever else may be the case for our desire for privacy.

Please grow up. If you don't have solutions to a request, then don't bother posting. Living away from your mom's house doesn't exactly make you an adult.

I see... so now-a-days watching what your kid is doing in your household is overbearing? No wonder there are so many out of control kids out there.

As was said... simple way to hide is putting a period in front of the folder name. I bought HideNSeek but don't even use it.

This is actually a very useful tip that I wasn't aware of. I bet there are quite a few that don't know this either. It should be listed in one of the Sticky or added into the Tips and Tricks.

Is there also any way to hide this thread, because my gf likes to snoop. If she knows this is how im hiding my "private photos" she will find them. lol JK, but yea I can see the need for it. Sometimes when im out my friends will grab my phone and look through pics. Sometimes they see ones I don't really care for them to see.

Not exactly what I meant. If your child is an adult and you have to snoop their phone, then you got bigger issues to worry about.

If your child is not an adult and you can't trust them then perhaps you shouldn't provide them with a phone wherein they can accomplish the things that you don't want them to.

Seriously though, download photovault. It's the best dollar I've spent in the market.

This thread has given me a heart lol.

That being said, the cheapest and easiest way is just to set up a lock pattern, then... don't tell anyone else the lock pattern. Not only are your pictures hidden, everything is hidden!:yeahbaby01:
