I have mine put together on moto maker..I was going to squeeze the trigger..but I decided not to..but I'm really tempted ...if they threw marshmallow at it like...soon. I'd be all over it. But that's my hold up.. Is the t2 going to follow the same steps as the t1..ugh .

When one buys this phone can one just pull the Sim card out of the Turbo I and put in the T-II or do they have to use a new Sim?

Just wondering.

As long as they both use the same size SIM card, you can re-use the SIM between phones. I have done it many times.

Are you thinking of nano sim cards? The og Droid Turbo uses a nano sim.

OK, both turbos use the nano and can be swapped. So

Well okay then, thanks!

One more question, can the Sim be used in a different brand phone, like the new LG V-10 if the Sims are the same?

Yes but the radio bands have to be on the phone. Meaning you can't use a phone that was made for T-Mobile with a sim from Verizon.

So buying the OTHER phone from Verizon would avoid that problem me thinks.

I literally just activated my t2. Coming from a t1. The screen on the t2 doesn't seem as bright. The flash on the t2 is more yellow and soft than the bright white leds on the t1. Im not.convinced yet that it's a better option

I'm totally convinced. T2 speaker ALONE is worth the upgrade.
SD Card, which I am very sorry I ever gave up on when I got the Turbo.
Shatterproof. Tiny bit bigger.

Camera?
Keep in mind I am thinking the camera in my T1 was damaged.
