Anyone else just lose the ability to make a call?

FDR didn't work, super sad face. I think I need a new emoticon for one even sadder than the purple guy.

Well he said I can go to the store and try a new SIM card but he does not think it will help. After that I am to call them back and they will send me a replacement. So the phone I have babied better than my son since day one will be replaced with a FLNR, can't say I am too excited about that.

Thanks, I will go by there tomorrow and grab a new one and see what happens.

So this morning my phone seems to have started working again. I placed a call and it worked, sent a text message (which stopped working last night as well) and it worked. So for now looks like I might be okay. *fingers crossed*

Ah that sucks man, I am sorry that is not good. No FDR will fix that one, is it really noticeable?

No. Its on the one that's got ics though. I only notice it in the dark, ics is darker than gb, and its only when my screen is so dark that I can see the samoled blotches.

And only on a black screen?? Odd. On the blue, red, green, even purple.... you can't see it. Its down by the N on the keyboard in portrait view...

Yeah that is weird. These phones really like keeping the blood pressure up at a dangerous level. I am glad for now at least I don't need to get a LNR, and get to keep my original baby.

Course I might just be getting lucky today and still should probably grab another SIM card.

Yeah, i'd go get a new sim.

As for me, I have this and another maxx, so what I'll do is wait for the HD to come out, then send this one in to moto for repairs... I can live with it for that long..
