So my phone rang and before I could pick it up I guess the person hung up the call. I went to call them back and the call ended, said it was lost. Tried calling another number and the same thing, disconnected after a few seconds. Tried calling VM and same thing, nothing.

I did a hard reset, nothing. Toggled airplane mode, nothing. Turned WIFI off, nothing. Turned WIFI on, nothing. Safe Mode, nothing.

I am bouncing between four and five bars of reception and I never have any trouble at my house, went upstairs near a window and outside and nothing changes. Just hoping I am not alone on this one.

Go into settings, and go into your mobile networks, select GSM, then switch it back to global or lte/cdma

I am still on GB, but switched to LTE/CDMA and tried it and got nothing. Then switched back to CDMA only and tried a call, nothing. My signal is sitting around -84 up to -100 dBm, showing 5 full bars but not able to call.

As a test I just went upstairs and called myself on my VOIP work phone. It rang on my cell but when I picked it up it immediately disconnected.

I had a similar problem. Did the down volume/power reset and it took care of it.

OH NO, the FDR was uttered. I was kind of thinking it may come to that. Course sadly I don't really use my cell phone for phone calls, between my wife and I we usually use about 40 minutes out of our 700.

So if anything I will give it a few days to work itself out or then do a FDR. I will call Verizon on my work phone and see what is up.
