Anyone do their own themes?

By using a root explorer program and going into systemui.apk, unzipping it, changing colors, rezipping, and renaming to .apk?
It takes a while but you can customize each individual icon without having some application or other from installed

I was a theme junkie with my og, I'd be changing things daily lol. But I really like ICS the way it is, so I haven't changed a thing except for a few icons.

Ninjamorph, an application in the market, is designed to do just that basically. I have used it in the past, but never used root explorer.

Either way you do it, make sure you make a backup prior to making changes, especially if you start messing with the .9.png files.
