title says it all^^^^^^
2 ways you can do it, in /system/app rename marketupdater.apk.bak to just marketupdater.apk and the market will eventually update itself. The other way is to download the app, rename it vending.apk if its not already and put it in /system/app. Also, best to force close market, clear cache, then delete all the files in /data/data/com.android.vending before doing this. The last step is to reboot your droid, then you should be good.
Edit...you also need to make sure the permissions are set properly. If you have root explorer you can look at the other apps in /system/app for the correct permissions.

Or you could just download the apk from here and install right over the old one:
check in B-boy's theme section - he has some really cool colored/dark versions!
thanks guys. the new market is just sooo much better.
Thanks EFGantry! I didn't realize B-Boy had these updates. Good call!
I did this and worked perfectly
I some how got it by installing his OTA patch.
