any way to turn off bootloader "droid" sound?

    is there any way in settings or something to turn off the "droid" sound when the bootloader comes on?? its really annoying. it happens even when the phone is on silent.

    Do you mean bootanimation? "bootloader" is a very different thing you don't want to confuse them.

    Yes you can disable it, but you have to be rooted, and you need a compression program on your computer that supports storage only (no compression) zip files.

    yea sorry the bootanimation. eh..too complicated lol i was hoping for a simple check/uncheck box. i'll wait till roms come. thanks though!
