any way to see missed call number and Exchange unread e-mail?

I just switched from an iPhone to a Droid and I have to say, I like everything about it except for one tiny thing....

I downloaded a widget to show how many unread SMS messages I have so it looked like the iPhone does, but is there any way to show how many phone calls have been missed and how many unread e-mails you have if you're using Exchange? I know there's one for gMail but I'm using Exchange.

Using the stock app on your device? I mean, I use Touchdown and it displays the number of new messages in the notification bar.

well it's not so much, I need to recover anything, I really just wanted to know if I missed a phone call or e-mail with the same kind of graphic number symbol on the icon as the one I get from the SMS unread widget.

It's not big deal I guess, but I liked that way better than getting them as very small gray alerts in the top bar of the phone.
