Any way to mount USB as read only?

    I'd like to store some portable apps on my SD card for when I travel so I can just plug my phone in and move them to whatever comp I'm using for temporary use (yes, everything is encrypted and I also copy over Eraser). Last time I did this I got a virus, and that was a bit of a pain. Is there a way to mount as read only?
