Any way to get miui unlock screen on other roms?

    This would be very nice. That was really one of the only things I liked about that rom. And the fact that you could use different wallpaper for the lock screen.

    closest thing i can think of is use widgetlocker, and set a custom slider for phone and messages, with unlock in the middle. wouldnt be exactly the same, but basically the same principal.

    No way to port it out of miui into another?

    My suggestion is to run the MIUI ROM. I am really loving the features of it right now, and the completely new style OS. I guess you have probably already ran the MIUI, since you know you like the lockscreen though!

    I loaded CM6 RC3 today because I heard it had the power control on the notification pulldown now and that is my favorite feature of MIUI. CM6 ran very nice and smooth, and I did like the power control, but I still miss the lock screen and overall "feel" of MIUI.

    The framework is quite different. Would take some serious work IMHO.
