I just use Nautilus and Explorer. Some people are partial to DoubleTwist, and I've been told you can use iTunes and Winamp, but I have no experience with that firsthand.

I use to endorse Double Twist and iTunes, however I spotted an issue on one album that didn't download completely. I don't know why but Double Twist was unable to recognize all the songs associated with this album. I had even made a playlist for it and it still didn't work.

I then went into my music folder, selected all the songs on this album and dragged them into my Droid. It worked perfectly, album cover included.

I hear a lot of good stuff about Motorola's Media Link. I don't use it because I have a Mac and it won't work with Macs, but people seem to like it.
