1. You want that $100.00 in your pocket or an Amazon Fire TV don't you? Well here's the deal. With our new updated look we are in desperate need of an updated logo. The 'old' one has certainly served us well, but it's time. Find all the details here: bit.ly/1q0k6Wa

I'm in no hurry, I honestly dont see myself using up the 32 gb on board, but I was just curious when this update will be coming along. Hopefully we will see some more kinks worked out as well.

I heard rumors probably Q2 is when they'll support the SD card slot.

When I saw the Xoom had 32GB I thought I doubt I would fill that up. Although after adding 10 movies... ut oh... lol

My Verizon Rep sez the SD upgrade will be done the same time as your 4G hardware upgrade when you send the Xoom to Motorola. I was told sometime in May.

As the above post stated, the official update will hopefully drop in May. However the developer behind the Tiamat kernel has been working on getting the port working and that could happen sometime in the very near future.

Correct. The solution for SD functionality lies in the kernel

We really need to get the sdcard working so koush can make a functional recovery img and the real rom development can begin. Bcnice20 is trying to enable it with his tiamat kernal. He's a great dev so I hope to see a fix soon :)

It would be nice to at least HEAR from Motorola. I have wrote to Motorola TWICE and their answer is extremely VAGUE and just a tad bit on the Smart-A$$ side. Motorola now has our money so WHY should they care?
SIX HUNDRED BUCKS for the wifi only model and they can't even give me a SINCERE answer!

This is EXCELLENT! If I was even CLOSE to being as good as some of you here, I would do the root & mod in a heartbeat, but I know I would BRICK the darn thing!
This is GREAT news though. If Bigrushdog can do it then hopefully Motorola should have it soon.

    Thank You Bigrushdog!
